Flowers and moonlight

The evening river is level and motionless -
The spring colours just open to their full.
Suddenly a wave carries the moon away
And the tidal water comes with its freight of stars.

  1. And a beautiful picture this paints - made me want to produce my own sketch!

Jinksy, did your prize - a copy of Krax reach you yet?

  4. The Krax arrived this morning, and I tried emailing at once to say thank you, but Mailer-Daemon boomeranged it back to me! I read it from cover to cover immediately, and 'The Typist' had me laughing like a loon! It was a real treat, and so kind of you to take the trouble to send it winging all the way to Havant.
