  1. it could be all a perception -- information and opinion based on perception -- what matter is the veritable truth,

liked the way you used "earthquake" and 'tsunami' here, Gwilym :)

  2. TEPCO's modus operandi does not have anything to do with truth. Over many years TEPCO has proved time and again that we cannot depend on the TEPCO idea of truth - it maybe true there have been 2 or 3 prominent resignations. The IAEA we thought were the truth watchers turns out to be mere window dressing.

To come to the truth - through a tsunami of TEPCO disinformation is not easy!

  3. ofcourse my first comment was not about Tepco or earthquake or tsunami Gwilym - i have only seem them as a metaphor in a haiku :)

and yes, Gwilym, coming to Tepco or for that matter no any known Scientific or technological council in the world today works on the basis of truth...veritable truth is a far cry,

i guess this quote goes well in context:

"Artist - musicians, painters, writers, poets, always seem to have had the most accurate perception of what is really going on around them, not the official version or the popular perception of contemporary life." ~ Billy Joel

and to me, if none of those artists lost the ability to think and feel, they understand nature and natural processes well better than scientists (who are more clever with manipulation) -- well all can be as clever as time passes, whether the conscious allows to apply is what makes the difference i guess...

because Einstein is better than some artists to me...though it was later that he confessed his folly with atom-bomb in WWII,

    Oh a long note!
