    Hi Rachel, I replied below as to why I added the footnote. The above post is the proverbial blank sheet or new leaf, the year's turning being the time for a new start, a new start unfortunately already blocked for some people. We speak loud and we tell others what to do, but when it comes to the final push we are again found wanting.
