somewhere
there's a bridge
there's a bridge
receding in mist
and shrinking distance
to a world out of sight
a world with a bridge
which another may see
from another point of view
somewhere
there's a bridge
somewhere
there's a bridge
For the aquarelle
my grateful thanks to my artistic friend GM
Lovely aquarelle and such a true poem Gwil.
ReplyDeleteThanks Pat, I've added 2 lines so now it's 10. I was given the painting for my birthday. A lovely present.
ReplyDeleteWhen was your birthday?
DeleteI've had the painting for more than a year. Still looking for a suitable frame. But I like looking at the work so I put it on the blog. No more talk of birthdays please. Who wants to celebrate another year nearer the grave? Not me, anyway.
DeleteI like to celebrate birthday and to hell with age.
DeleteThat's a woman's perogative and it's also what my favourite aunt always says.
