somewhere there's a bridge

somewhere
there's a bridge

receding in mist
  and shrinking distance

to a world out of sight
a world with a bridge

which another may see
from another point of view

somewhere
there's a bridge

For the aquarelle
my grateful thanks to my artistic friend GM

  2. Thanks Pat, I've added 2 lines so now it's 10. I was given the painting for my birthday. A lovely present.

    1. I've had the painting for more than a year. Still looking for a suitable frame. But I like looking at the work so I put it on the blog. No more talk of birthdays please. Who wants to celebrate another year nearer the grave? Not me, anyway.

    3. That's a woman's perogative and it's also what my favourite aunt always says.
