Brilliant idea Gwilym and one that needs to be in our sights all the time. We need a constant reminder - although I have to say that I feel largely unable to do anything about it.
It's a great idea isn't it? There are other clocks too. There's a clock counting down the number of pi. The number was too long to photograph. Another gives the number killed by land mines, another the number of schnitzels sold, etc., it all comes out of the transport budget which has to include 1% of funds for art installations of which this is one. So what you could do if you had the urge is to petition your local authority to do the the same.
