    1. My reply to you is about 3 below and stamped 16:39. It diverted I suppose because of an incoming reply at exactly the same time. When I was in the park today a man who looked just like Oliver Sacks opened a gate for me.

  3. Absolutely. I have read a couple of his books. The story that impresses me is the one about the artist who loses his ability to see colours after a bump on the head, and sees the world as it is seen by the eye; before the brain paints in the colours all is the colour of dirty snow'.

  4. He was a very interesting man, from a very interesting family, particularly his mother. I would like to have met him. Thank you for the film here. I listened to it this morning.

    1. I'm pleased you enjoyed the TED talk. I think he has one on YouTube about synchronicity which is the one I will listen to next.
