  3. Gwil. Speaking as one who is more than familiar with sheep, it doesn't matter how high you raise the 'baa', the wretched sheep will still manage to jump over it and get out.

      But it's amazing how the mothers and the lambs recognize each other baas. They all sound pretty much the same to the human ear.

    Yes, your description of a sunny day in Wales is so true - and I love to see the sheep gathering around midday under a tree. They have a rhythm, says Anne.

    1. Yes, Welsh sheep can sing. And we have many more sheep than people in the 'Land of Song' as Wales is known.
