Each to his own, I say, Gwil. Still, you look to be enjoying it. Dominic loves running too although if I ever pass him in the car the look on his face suggests otherwise. Maybe it is a case of I like it because it is so lovely when it stops.
It's a kind of zen meditation believe it or not. It's a real 'looking within' as many long distance runners will testify. The "look on his face" is the outward sign that something inward is going on and definitely not a reflection of it.
