The tree is a California redwood. A giant, just as you are yourself.
"Silence and calm within" are very welcome. Standing tall: I like it, though I always have to think of the bending bamboo.
Hi Brigitta, standing tall and straight is a starting point as with my qigong exercises. Then bending comes. Going with the breeze as it were.
